I am looking for a site to lease for a Montessori School. I need to have large classrooms, playground space and meet all local building codes. Churches and other buildings are possible. In some areas residential property can be rezoned for the use of a school. I am looking for property in MD, DC or NOVA in a growing area of young families who value education for their children
