		<description>It looks like Costar has moved up to page one, but they are still behind Remax, which is quite funny since most know them residential real estate.

I worked with Costar in a previous position and they were difficult to deal with, mainly because they have a bunch of "consultants" who help get listings. They don't seem to be motivated to help companies get listed... they do the bare minimum. So, it makes sense that they would also be lax in other areas, like SEO.</description>
